Salary: £18,000 - 21,000 per year

• Extensive experience in Kubernetes platform engineering and operations
• Deep understanding of OpenLDAP integration and configuration
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD architectures and Jenkins
• Proficient in Docker for image optimization and secure base images
• Skilled in Python for automation and scripting
• Familiarity with AWS and Terraform principles
• Proven experience in team leadership and performance management

• Ability to operate independently and make informed decisions in complex environments

• Design and implement secure, scalable containerized platforms
• Lead a small DevOps team in delivering test-focused CI/CD capabilities
• Manage Kubernetes cluster design, provisioning, and lifecycle management
• Oversee RBAC, network policies, and pod security standards
• Implement secure authentication integration and identity federation
• Develop pipeline-as-code solutions and manage release orchestration
• Provide performance feedback and coaching to team members
• Act as the point of contact for DevOps-related requests
• Ensure secure delivery aligned with SC-cleared environment requirements
