The Role

We are seeking a highly skilledDevOps / Infrastructure Engineerfor a scaling SaaS firm within the Resource Management space. You will play a pivotal role in designing, automating, and managing secure, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure onMicrosoft Azure, while ensuring round-the-clock service continuity and alignment withISO 27001requirements.

This is a hands-on position requiring deep technical expertise in automation, disaster recovery, and cloud security, combined with the ability to operate within a fast-paced, scaling SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manageAzure-based infrastructureto ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
• Develop and maintaininfrastructure-as-codeand automation frameworks to streamline deployment and operations.
• Lead and testdisaster recoveryand business continuity plans to guarantee 24/7 service resilience.
• Support compliance and governance initiatives, includingISO 27001security standards.
• Monitor system health, performance, and security; proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed best practices in security and DevOps.
• Participate in on-call rotations, providing rapid response to critical issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and scalingAzure cloud environments.
• Strong background inDevOps practices, automation, CI/CD, and setting up infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, ARM, Bicep)
• Hands-on expertise indisaster recovery planning and execution.
• Solid understanding ofinformation security, including ISO 27001 frameworks and Networking.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools for 24/7 operations.
• Excellent problem-solving and incident management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a scaling SaaS environment, balancing stability and innovation.

Desirable

• Previous experience in SaaS or high-growth technology companies.
• Knowledge of containerisation (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
• Scripting/programming skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash).
